FYEA AI LLC (“FYEA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Fyea.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data.

By using Fyea.ai, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: Name and email address when you create an account (whether directly or through Apple Sign In or Google Sign In)
• Problem and context data: The problems, goals, and context you submit during a Solve
• Context Map data: Personal and professional context you choose to save for future Solves
• Payment information: Billing details processed directly by Stripe (we do not store your card number)
• Communications: Messages you send to us at hi@fyea.ai

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, Solves initiated, credits consumed
• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs
• Session data: Login timestamps, session duration, interaction patterns
• Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies to maintain your session and improve the Service
• Rate limiting data: We use anonymized request frequency data to prevent abuse and maintain service quality

2.3 Information From Third Parties

• Authentication providers: If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers
• Payment processor: Stripe provides confirmation of transactions and limited billing data

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating Solves using AI
• Personalize your experience using your Context Map data
• Process payments and manage your credit balance
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, receipts)
• Respond to your support requests
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product (via anonymized analytics)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms
• Enforce rate limits and maintain service integrity
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. We do not use your Solve content to train AI models.

3.1 Automated Decision-Making. Fyea.ai uses automated processing (AI) to generate Solve outputs based on your inputs. These outputs are informational recommendations, not binding decisions. You are not subject to decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Service:

These providers process data on servers located in the United States. Each provider is contractually obligated to process your data only as necessary to provide their services to us.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FYEA AI LLC, our users, or the public.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4.4 With Your Consent

We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

We retain your account data and Solve history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely.

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential cookies: Required for the Service to function, including session management and authentication. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Service. We use PostHog for anonymized product analytics.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not engage in cross-site tracking. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect Service functionality.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Fyea.ai is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

9.2 Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT). Fyea.ai uses AI to process your inputs and generate Solve outputs. This constitutes automated decision-making technology under California law. Your PRISM Solve outputs are informational recommendations only and do not constitute significant decisions concerning you as defined under CCPA regulations. You may contact us at hi@fyea.ai for more information about how ADMT is used in the Service.

Your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
